@AdamLBTaylor @AA1012909969373 @GeorgeTakei Please note the … at the end of each reply and read on. You are missing the point. Also, the 14th Amendment also states that a State cannot abridge privileges of U.S. citizens without due process. If he is an insurrectionist, then he should be found guilty through due process.
@AdamLBTaylor @AA1012909969373 @GeorgeTakei …pick two new top candidates. Or, we should not cherry pick through constitution, and overturn Colorado State Supreme Court’s unlawful and unconstitutional decision on the grounds that a State court has no legal standing in Federal issues reserved for Federal Court and Congress.
@AdamLBTaylor @AA1012909969373 @GeorgeTakei …due process also echoed in the 5th and 6th Amendments. I would be posting a similar reply if a State Court tried to remove Biden from their ballot. In all fairness, if States try to remove candidates from Federal Elections, we should scrap both defendants and let the parties…

@krassenstein …election ballot.
And 5) Removing a candidate to simply increase the odds for a particular party winning an election with no authority or legal justification for doing so is an abuse of power.
@krassenstein …the burden of proof could not be met.
4) Not only is the Colorado State Court’s decision a violation of due process, they have no standing since the defendant is not a resident of their state, and do not have the authority to remove non-resident candidates from a general…
@EdKrassen …about products accidentally being mixed, then just pick one. You can dilute germicidal bleach with water to make it less harsh on the skin, and use it in higher concentrations for surfaces.
@EdKrassen …the best choice for disinfecting hands as it is not has harsh as germicidal bleach. NEVER mix bleach with alcohol since it produces chloroform which damages eyes, lungs and liver. In short, pick one product for hands, and one for surfaces, but DO NOT let them mix. If worried…
