Last month we celebrated >1,500 sessions at Addi Moves (our free, culturally inclusive and trauma informed physical activity program!)

⚡️⚡️ Just published in @AP_RANZCP ⚡️⚡️ @Scottbteasdale led on an exploratory validation of PsyMetRiC in Sydney. Results show promise for PsyMetRiC in the Australian population, and we hope this will be a flag in the ground for further work locally 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺 Watch this space!

This study contributes to the first insights into the interrelatedness of changes in health outcomes after lifestyle interventions, which may guide the development of effective intervention strategies. More studies with larger samples are needed to confirm/reject these findings.
Lifestyle interventions can impact multiple health outcomes, but we often don't know whether this is via direct or indirect pathways. Our new network intervention analysis indicates changes in health outcomes were mostly directly related to MULTI.👏Lydia https://t.co/akecurLX4M
