I try to be like Jesus not just talk Jesus. I officiate the real football ⚽️

@parfo74 Read the laws

[John D Harney @JDHarney]

@T_Deeney according to the updated laws of the game, Maguire did handle the ball, HOWEVER it did not directly lead to a goal. The shot was not on frame and had it been left alone it would have missed. It was an own goal by Greaves which negates the handling.

@briankight Deeply sorrowful for your loss BK. Your dad leaves an amazingly impactful legacy that you are carrying on seamlessly. Brick by brick!

[John D Harney @JDHarney]

@HiMyNameIsSeton the desire to be alone is the difference between Introverts and Extroverts.

Introverts are battery powered, finding energy from time alone. Extroverts are solar powered, finding energy from being with people.

[Fascinating @fasc1nate]

A stockbroker named Nicholas Winton saved the lives of 669 Czechoslovakian children, most of them Jewish, by taking them to England.

He never told his wife what he had done. He refused to take credit until his wife found a scrapbook of the children he had saved and gave it to the BBC. This is what a real hero looks like.

Here are just some of the pressures on college coaches...

- 80+ hour work weeks
- Interacting with dozens of athletes/staff a day
- Missing family and holidays
- Underpaid, Under-respected

...yet expected to lead an organization.

What are we doing to maximize coach health?

@InternetH0F @JeremieKubicek can you shed some light on this conundrum?

[Kevin DeShazo @KevinDeShazo]

Culture doesn’t carry over from one game/month/quarter/season/year to the next.

That’s accidental leadership. Culture is created through consistent daily actions. It's not about what we did yesterday, it's about who we are today.

Show up intentionally.
Live the standard daily.
