@DellCares I’ve owned a AW920H Tri-Mode headset for 2 years now, only turned it on within the past year or so. Won’t charge or turn on in any way today for whatever reason. Purchased 2/26/24 from Best Buy. Am I SOL on warranty assistance? Timing is annoyingly inconvenient.
