This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jan Lipavsky during the summit of the heads of foreign ministries of the NATO countries in Brussels:

This year, a total of 500 suspicious incidents occurred on the continent and about 100 of them can be attributed to Russian hybrid attacks, espionage, influence operations.

Lipavsky added that the Europeans must react harshly to this and “send a strong signal to Moscow” about the inadmissibility of such actions.
