@Gears_Intel Oh my god I just had PTSD flashbacks to this section. Got Gears reloaded when it came out and played on insane because I grew up playing Gears and thought I’d be fine but got absolutely ran through here. I quit for a few days before coming back to beat it

This pic kind of sums up how I felt about the original game and its surrealist/liminal aesthetic being lost in the transition to a more modern and graphically intense version. What I have realized is that I will always have that original game to go back to. This new remake can coexist beside it and I can’t lie it does have sauce.

Feel like this could go either way. They are either gonna play like RE Engine zombies from RE2r and RE3R + requiem but just more of them I guess OR they are gonna play similar to those mass zombie killing games, days gone or World War Z, where there’s a lot of zombies but they shatter into pieces like glass so only the volume of them is what makes it hard….please just don’t let it be the latter. I’m sure it won’t be but we are just one bad decision away from another RE3R incident
