@markr295@BlueJays a) Blue Jays will be buyers at the deadline
b) Blue Jays are only 1.5 games back of the Wild Card. Do you really believe the White Sox will claim a spot and make the Post Season? I don't
c) no guarantees that there will be a 2027 season with the upcoming labor negotiations
@BeatingTheOdds8@StevenSansone24@BlueJays You said, "send him down". How the fuck do you send a player down who doesn't have those options with a club and was signed as a free agent? You clearly don't understand the business aspect. They only thing they can do is DFA him, and they're not going to because of his price tag
@decaire_dylan@MarshaIIZach Lol Hoffman will not be DFA'd as he still has another year and $11M on his contract. You will have to see what Schneider says in his post game media scrum in why he decided to keep Hoffman in given his struggles and history late in the game
@BeatingTheOdds8@StevenSansone24@BlueJays Learn and understand the business of baseball. Hoffman is not a rookie nor is he arb-eligible. He signed a three year contract two years ago.
@WarriorsCreed@ExxAlerts He's going to suffer living behind that 4 x 7' cell until his final breath taken on earth. That's already pain he'll deal with dor as long as he lives. He'll go mental no doubt but sounds like justice is being served.
@jeffperera More heart and talent than displayed for sure, but I'm not as quite bullish on our offense even with the addition of Okamoto. This team still doesn't have a true thumper especially with Santander down. Gonna be a rough April I think with the team sitting below .500 before May
