There is no such thing as a ‘Salafi’ Quran. It’s anthropocentric language. Asharis are Muslims because of لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ ٱللَّٰهِ Tawhid and Iman

It's a minority opinion but it does exist - that the Caliph can be non-Qurayshi.
