This is spot on! All I ever ask for is 100% from the athlete ... they give you that day in and day out yet playing time is limited, so hard! ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
The upside as a coach ... it is nice to have depth and a bench that you can utilize.
Things I wish I would have known as a player: How hard it is on the coach to sit a player who hustles consistently & works hard in practice. (Sometimes the player ahead of them on the depth chart gives the same great effort/attitude and just has higher execution/skills.)
