@British_Airways Its for a seating claim. I paid for specific seats and then u cancelled our flights and put us on a different flight. I’ve had zero response at all. Rang up and told to give more time and they couldnt give any update. That was a month ago and still nothing. Over 2 months now.

@jackieweaver Understand they had to investigate, but what a shame it came to that and much needed money from our borough had to be wasted on that. There are a million things we could have used that money on in Cheshire East - the maternity unit at Macclesfield DGH for a start!!

@ZeppelinCoop We absolutely should normalise people taking a break! Properly rested employees are more productive/ engaged and so on. Burn out is real. You can reach goals without working every day. Overworking is a toxic trait in businesses and should not be encouraged.
