But real q’s Penny gotta answer next year-roster const, lineups/rotations, CONSISTENT coaching. Last year-best coaching perf. This year-worst. Should NEVER be this bad in this conf.

2 of last 3 years-all NIL-have been horrible roster construction. 💯 on Penny. I’m not in fire Penny camp, but the “give Penny time” ppl won’t face facts.

The problem is getting WRECKED in the AWFUL conference. That’s 💯 the problem. And seems like everybody forgot about the debacle 2 years ago, so don’t pull the “it’s one bad year” thing.

@Isaac__NBA Precisely the issue-the ppl ponying up the $$$ are leaving, we got real problems. We don’t have the alumni $$$ base that some other current/former G5 schools, so when we lose them, harder for UofM to keep up.

I could be mistaken. With our resources, winning conference should be the floor. A win or 2 in NCAA every 3-4 years is not crazy.

@Isaac__NBA Injuries, player eligibility, roster construction, NIL is something every single team deals with and Penny has not done a good job here last 2 of 3 years. The results are painfully obvious. Doesn’t need to be fired, yet. But yall gotta be objective here man. Cmon.
