@Dyson@AskDyson I was told 14 days ago my replacement part that was in stock will ship that's under warranty within 3 to 5 business days. I receive an email 14 days later stating that the order is now delayed. Called and was told the part is out of stock and I have to receive an email when it comes back in stock. Only at that point can I place a replacement and receive a new order. I have to call again and place a new order?! You can fulfil the open one when it comes back in stock!? This is terrible service.. I need a new part or vacuum now. #ScamAlert
