@virginmedia router box has been Amber for a few days and making an annoying sound.
Have tried a reboot without any success.
I’ve also ran a status problem that does show up as something wrong.
It does also say you’re trying to fix it. For your information it’s still not fixed

@jlandpcustserv I ordered a new mattress and bed base on the 26th December 2019. I am still waiting for the bed base🙁 I telephoned customer service yesterday-a wait of 30 minutes. They said if you don’t hear from us call back tomorrow 🙁 Not the service expected from JL and P
