@ArnoldClark Surely a company the size of Arnold Clark could find a courtesy car from somewhere. Especially when our car was only serviced two weeks ago. We were in the outside lane when we completely lost power. It could have led to a catastrophic accident. This is terrible #CustomerService

@ArnoldClark our car was serviced and repaired over Christmas and then broke down again last Saturday on the M90. My wife and 3 kids under 5 had to evacuate the car into the pouring rain. It’s been in your garage at Armadale since Tuesday and we have no car. We need a courtesy!

@ArnoldClark Our lives are entirely on hold and we’ve been without transport for almost a week and this is going to run over the weekend as they’re waiting on a part to help in the diagnostics of the car.

@ArnoldClark That doesn’t really help. They don’t have a courtesy available and are doing what they can to fix it but at the minute we’re struggling to get kids to school/nursery. I can’t get to work and my wife is stuck at home with a 9 month old.
