@ChaseSupport I know this is crazy. There used to be a thing called an operator. They would answer the phone and ask you what you needed, and get you to the right person. It was amazing how much time that saved for the customer. Have you heard of this before?

@Chase did you know that it takes exactly 3 minutes from the time you call to get a human on your support line? Imo an automated system that says excellent customer service but then wastes your time hearing 3 minutes of garbage is frustrating. Give us all a shortcut to a human.

@ChaseSupport Please let me know when there is a way to skip past everything and talk to a human on the first try. Very tired of listening to 3 minutes of disclaimers and prompts just to get a person on the line.

@jimfarley98 @marypowell I just spent a large amount of money on a Ford Lightning. The process with Sunrun to get a charger is absurd. No one can help with anything and I was told they're out of chargers. You guys need to fix this asap. Customers are getting very angry!
