@Delta has really been trying me as a customer. Their customer service, at the gate and on the flights, has become more stank. I’ve been flying with them for years and the last 2-3 years their service has declined significantly. Stop hiring just anyone and hire people that care

@MedStarHealth I sent a VERY detailed feedback form. Needless to say, I decided on a specialist outside of the #medstarhealth system. I’d prefer to go somewhere I’m respected.

@MedStarHealth is probably one of the worst ran medical systems that I’ve had the displeasure of using. I had to go to an ortho specialist in #whiteplansmd, for which I had a referral for and the front desk receptionist, Lori Garner, was THE WORST!!!

But she couldn’t even give direct answers to questions being asked. She had to rely on her colleague for help. For someone to be so condescending and unpleasant to work with, she sure was useless. The entire network is useless. I just had to find a doc elsewhere.

Her attitude and demeanor was very condescending and quite unprofessional. She told me that my referral was “NOT A REFERRAL”. Well yes it is, it’s just not in the format that the healthcare provider requests. She kept doing this thing with her eyes when she THOUGHT she was right

THAT FLIGHT out of Montrose, CO was top notch. The flight attendant helped me from the door. She comforted when I cried and was very pleasant. So disappointed on this leg of the flight.

The @hiltongardeninn in @Hilton_LaRomana should truly be ashamed of of what they call a restaurant. The mushrooms in their mushroom risotto comes from A CAN. Their pasta noodles were grey and the sauce had no flava. I am so disappointed
