If timing belt replacement is mandatory around 1L km, why was this not advised during my 1.3L km service?
Trusting authorized service centers for preventive checks and then failing and then charging ₹1L after failure is unfair.
Requesting urgent resolution.
Bought an MG Gloster. Timing belt broke at 33K km — paid myself (not under warranty).
Broke AGAIN at 1.4L km.
Car was serviced at 1.3L km at authorized MG service center. No check, no warning.
Now I’m handed a ₹1L bill for their miss.

@MicrosoftHelps Forgot password and Microsoft unable to send you a message to sign in and after doing everything asked by the customer care. Their final solution was to start a new account and then they archived the chat!! Complete non sense

@MGSupportIndia i have had the worst experience buying mg gloster. My car was done with servcing 2 days ago and they workshop couldn't give me my car because their server was down and bill could not be generated. FOR 2 DAYS?!
@MGSupportIndia 6 months since i recieved my MGGLOSTER, day 1 i reported that there's lag in my carplay and bluetooth audio and the usb disconnects randomly. They took all the tests and admitted they have a fault but still have no updates. Your car doesn't feel worth 50lakhs
@MGSupportIndia This is my brand new MG Gloster which was delivered to me a month ago. Have been to the service centre twice still the issue remains. Doesn't feel worth it, spending such a big amount and not getting quality product for it
