ಸರಕಾರಿ ಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಹ್ನೆಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಚೀಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತದಾರರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ವಿತರಿಸುವುದು ಯಾವ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿದೆ?

ಇಡೀ SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾಗಿವೆ.
ಆದರೂ ಈ ಗುಲಾಮರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

This is how the SIR process is being carried out in Karnataka.
As per the prescribed procedure, BLOs should visit every household, verify the relevant documents, and conduct the SIR process accordingly.

However, in the Chief Minister's District, thousands of people are reportedly being gathered in a single hall and the SIR process is being conducted there instead.

Among those assembled, there could also be Bangladeshi nationals. The authorities should take appropriate action and ensure the verification process is conducted strictly as per the rules.

Is the SIR exercise in Ramanagara being turned into a mockery by openly violating the Election Commission’s rules?

Under the SIR process, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are required to visit every household, distribute forms, and collect information. But in Tippu Nagar, Ward No. 23 of Ramanagara City Municipality, people were reportedly gathered in a marriage hall and the entire exercise was conducted there—an apparent violation of the Election Commission’s guidelines.

Who authorised BLOs to ignore the rules and gather people in one place instead of conducting door-to-door verification? Was this done to ensure that voters from a particular community are not removed from the electoral rolls, as alleged?

Are the officials implementing the SIR process following the Election Commission’s rules, or are they acting at the behest of the ruling party? The Chief Election Commissioner and the @Election Commission of India must take strict action against those responsible for such serious violations.

The SIR exercise is a sacred democratic process meant to ensure genuine voters remain on the rolls and fake entries are removed—not a public gathering or a fair.

Serious lapse in Ramanagara. Instead of conducting house-to-house distribution of ECI enumeration forms for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), BLOs are mass-distributing them at a community hall. This completely defeats the purpose of a thorough door-to-door verification.
