It was shocking to hear about Vijay Kumar’s untimely death. A champion golfer indeed, but one who was also an amazing human being. It was so much fun battling him on the golf course. Win or lose, he’d always respect his opponents. A huge loss to Indian golf.
This is TOOOO much of a coincidence!
Charlie Woods, son of @TigerWoods, and Harjai Milkha Singh, son of India’s TW @JeevMilkhaSingh, won their maiden junior titles on the same week.
They have both now won their second titles in the same week again!!!
Charlie helped his team win the 2025 American Heritage Invitational, while Harjai won the won the IGU Northern India Junior Boys Golf Championship 2025.
Are we on to something?
⛳️ What do @JeevMilkhaSingh, @Arjunatwal, Jyoti Randhawa & @SSP_Golf have in common (besides being golf legends)?
They’ve all had Suryavijai Singh on the bag! 🏌

Deeply touched by the love and the heart warming messages that we have received as a family on my dad’s death anniversary. He may not be with us, but he continues to motivate me personally every day, and so many of you.
Thank you. 🙏
Feeling proud and extremely blessed. Harjai has been working hard on his game and this is a lovely reward for him. I am sure his grandparents are looking out for him from above and are equally pleased.
Congratulations to Charlie and Tiger.
What a proud week for two of the greatest golfers in the world - @TigerWoods and @JeevMilkhaSingh, who we so lovingly call ‘India’s Tiger Woods’ for what he has accomplished for Indian golf.
Tiger’s son Charlie wins his first @AJGAGolf title in Florida, while Jeev’s son Harjai gets his first @IndianGolfUnion Junior win in Coimbatore.
Hopefully, the first of many for both champions.
Dr Manmohan Singh was probably one of the most humble men I had met in my life - a simple and extremely intelligent man. His sense of duty and responsibility shone through. The world has lost a visionary. #RIPDrManmohanSingh
We have learned that a video on my father’s thoughts from the time of 1947 partition riots is being used in religious and political connotations today.
The Milkha family would request that the name of a late, respected national hero should not be tarnished.

Anyone who knew our father, knows he did not have any ill will towards any country, or religion.
For all those who want to take away anything from this life-changing experience of his, he always told us ‘Insaan bure nahi hote. Waqt bura hota hai’.
My first trip ever to Mexico! Playing this week’s WCM Mexico Senior Open at the magnificent Pacifico Golf Course at Punta Mita. The @euLegendsTour event is organized by my good friend Jean Van de Velde and everything’s been world class so far. Now time to test my game.
Goodbye Mr Ratan Tata. You have been the most visionary leader we have ever had. You helped made us the superpower we have become in global economy. Your India-first attitude and your kind heartedness towards the society is something we will remember forever. #RIP#ratan_tata
The pleasure was all ours @YUVSTRONG12! It was amazing to have you at the event and you were really good. All those long balls off the tee reminded me of all massive sixes we always loved to see from you.
Not a bad finish at T-8, just four points short in my first European legends tournament 🫢 Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the #HSBCIndiaLegendsChampionship, playing alongside the legends of the game! Thank you @JeevMilkhaSingh for having me and it’s inspiring to see young players proudly represent India on the global stage. @euLegendsTour@TRAVISMATHEW #IndiaLegendsGolf #PGTIndia
Very proud to be the host of the first ever @euLegendsTour event in India. Hope you can be part of it at Jaypee Greens from Aug 30-Sep 1 as I will try and get some of the greatest champions of the game to India.
It’s been 11 years to the day that Bhaag Milkha Bhaag was released and people still come up to me praising it and saying how inspirational it has been in their lives.
Thank you for all the love for dad, and for the movie.

Thank you to the many people who reached out to the family on the death anniversary of my dad, Mr Milkha Singh.
This means a lot to all of us.
Life hasn’t been the same, but we continue to traverse the path of honesty, dedication and love that he always showed us.
