We all make a huge deal (rightfully so) when there is a rules controversy.
But we don’t talk enough about that a large majority of players do the right thing.
This is a great example. No one would have ever known that Brennan had the arrows. But called the official and DQ’d himself.
This is the winning moment at River Creek Club in Leesburg, VA. It’s where Michael Brennan grew up playing golf and today the club is celebrating being the home of the latest winner on the @PGATOUR@BOUChampionship.
13 months ago Michael Brennan had a 4 shot lead at the Americas Tour Championship.
A win would have gotten him a KFT card. He stumbled coming in. Made double and quad in the final round to finish T3.
He told me looking back it was probably best for him. Learned from his mistakes and dominate the Americas this year.
Now, a PGA Tour winner in his first start as a pro on the Pga tour.
Pretty awesome stuff.
In his third PGA TOUR start, 36-hole co-leader Michael Brennan made double bogey on the second hole Saturday.
Some might have faded. Brennan, conversely, rallied for a 7-under 64.
The non-member leads by two into Sunday as he eyes exempt TOUR membership through 2027 😮
Preparation pays off in real time 👊
Michael Brennan dials in his yardage, leading to his fourth straight birdie @BOUChampionship.
The @PGATOURAmericas No. 1 now holds the solo lead in his third TOUR start!
Any interest on golf twitter for Michael Brennan in Utah? Form reading T4-T5-WIN-WIN-T51-WIN-T10-T8-T14-T9 is outrageous regardless of level of competition on the Americas tour
Michael Brennan just won for the third time in his last four starts on @PGATOURAmericas.
In those three wins he is a combined….SEVENTY under. Like 70.
Ridiculous.
The clothes help but I’m starting to think it’s not all because of @DunningGolf, kid might have some talent
"Iryna she quickly embraced her new life in the United States."
"She worked at a pizza restaurant, took care of animals, helped at a senior citizen center and rode that same train often.
The first day she was allowed to work, she got a work permit here, she got a job the very first day."
"Iryna also had a deep love for animals. She often cared for her neighbors’ pets, and many fondly remember seeing her walking them through the neighborhood, always with her radiant smile.
Though she enjoyed adventures, sightseeing, and exploring new places with her close friends, Iryna was also a homebody at heart, happiest when surrounded by family and loved ones."
“She loved America. We’re going to bury her here,” her family said
