The 4x100m relay team ran their 2nd fastest time of the season to place 9th in the State Gr 4 meet. 49.37 is #5 AT in school history and looks to qualify for the Meet of Champions.
The girls 4x8 team of Megan Niglio, Kelsey Niglio, Maddie Meder and Kerry O’Day run 9:23.45 to place 3rd and advance to the Championship of America race tomorrow. That time is #5 All Time Outdoors. Great job ladies.
The 4x100 relay team of Morgan Shank, Veronica Ashcraft, Maddie Van Haren and Katie Zubrzycki placed 2nd in their heat and ran a season best time of 50.59. Let’s Go!!!
The DMR didn’t disappoint tonight at Nationals in Boston. Winning the 2nd heat the girls ran 12:10.07 to place 10th over all. That time is a season best, #2 indoors in school history and #13 in SJ History. Great night ladies.

What the girls did tonight was just unreal. Traveled over to Ocean Breeze to compete in the DMR. Knocked 16 seconds off their school record to run 11:57.91. #5 in SJ history. Making the podium again. Great job. Get some rest. We have one more day of fun tomorrow.
