@c2c_Rail Probably not a lot you can do while the train is in service. But when it gets to shoeburyness the 17:43 from Fenchurch street is a tad uncomfortable ๐ฅต. Coach A of unit 450604
@GMB@NickDixonITV You know what would stop mobile phone theft?
Keep the phone in your pocket when walking.
Use a smart watch to keep up-to-date with messages.
Use earphones to answer any calls.
Google, Samsung, and Apple provide the the above for their ecosystems.
@GMB@CharlotteHawkns@LilianGreenwood Just listening to that section of electric cars and having a gully for terraced houses. Where we park on the street. Sounds fantastic, but there is another issue that I think could be being overlooked.
I only managed to park outside my house once this month.
@GMB With regards to your section on scammers and call screening on Apple devices.
I think it would be prudent to mention Android devices have had call screening for about 2 years now.
Not that I'm trying to say Google is better but it's good to remain free from bias.
@GMB@Heidi_Labour@susannareid100@richardm56 I saw this today and I have to say.
I think Heidi's favourite perfume is Contradiction!
Did I hear her say that critical systems are on UPS.
Then said that critical systems had to be rebooted?
Why would you need to reboot systems on UPS?
@GMB I think she has done the right thing. A pet is a big commitment. If you look at a pet as a purchased item you can return those. If you say family member and you build emotional connections, how many of you are still in your first relationship? If it's not working, best solution
@ITVTonight@GinnyBuckley@MultiStoryTV@ITV Can't believe the rising costs of car ownership. However I'm still driving around in my 20 year old SAAB 9-5
Also have eBike with panniers for local stuff
@thismorning Your feature on Drying racks and hacks.
I have one for you.
I live in a house with 9ft high ceilings, the Victorian airer is on a set of pulleys and winches your clothes up into the warm air in your house. Ceiling mounted in my dinning room above a rad. 6h fully dry.
@MoneySavingExp Also I once added them to the back of the head light bulb holder, when I had an old car that kept getting condensation inside the headlight
@MoneySavingExp Empty them out into a cloth preferably cotton bag with tie up top.
When the bag is full. Stick one in the boot of your car, one under the boot floor/spare tire space and a couple around the cabin. Keeps the interior nice a dry especially in the winter.
