@ScottMahring @LucasCountyBOE Every state does their elections a little differently, for good or bad based on personal opinion. As I, and @LucasCountyBOE have pointed out to you, Ohio's laws say to vote in a partisan election (which is what a primary is) you have to become a partisan (R or D). 1/2

@ScottMahring @LucasCountyBOE Then vote in the November General where its a bipartisan ballot. Primaries are when the teams pick their players for November. If you want to pick the players you have to join the team.
