@FireAnt113165@BullishNSassy $smci needs 15% net profit margins on this $39b in sales to make this raise worth it and they need to come out with updated sales guidance for this year and next year as well
@BullishNSassy $smci should be able to get better terms with customer so parts provider has longer payment term than the payment term of customer and cash from customer hits before payment due for parts, this should not have come to this level of dilution to shareholders, C suite needs refresh
$smci Share count above is with lower share price assumption, with better share price at conversion and for ATM share sales, could be 820m shares OS when all is said and done 820-850m OS worst case scenario. Need eps to go from $2/sh after dilution to $7/sh w/$39B order $100PT
$SMCI needed $NVDA as 1 of the buyers of the offering. @$29 the share count is estimated at 842m now, to get back to market cap a week + ago over $50/share only need $35.69, Chuck must assume 15% NPM on new $39B in sales to have this dilution make sense. Need $7 EPS 15P/E $105/Sh
@PK_Fund Outstanding shares will be 775m EPS without $39b in sales. next year eps will be $2.49 after dilution. The net margins on this $39b in sales better be 15% resulting in EPS north of $7.50-$10/per share for this level of dilution to be ok for $smci shareholders
@KaizenN15 He is a fool if he can’t negotiate the customers putting 20% deposit to not dilute the shareholders by 25%, getting N10 payments terms or anything else to not dilute makes him a fool to the rest of $smci shareholders
If $smci can’t get 20-30% upfront payments from the customers, then they should have 20% gross margins on these orders, much higher than if they would have paid the advance 10% NPM isn’t enough for this shareholder hit. Charles needs to go
@iuxyu43326856 ATH market cap is different now that they have convertible debt…diluted shares outstanding are over 600m…so $106 would be ATH market cap for $smci
$smci drops Q2 sales that are 60%+ of their prior 4 quarters and will do $40b in sales in 2026 on an annualized run-rate of $50B in annual sales…stock up 7%…makes sense
@AverageTrader42@theresa_perrin $45+ by March $smci if they can hit $10B+ in sales this quarter and the next 2 at 10B-11B, then this should see $60+…need to improve margins and EPS
$SMCI should give an update on their Q2 revenue guidance to confirm they are on pace to hit $10-11B in revs this quarter. They need to exceed the numbers, with all the Q’s of missing estimates
$FI was buying all those shares at double and triple this price 31M shares left on the share buyback…they can buyback over 5% of the shares for under $1.9B…hope they are doing that or paying down their debt
