The smoking gun in the Cornell gang rape case is that Jane Doe told campus police she was raped, and they intentionally omitted this from the 6-page summary given to prosecutors:

“I can say with 100% confidence that I was raped.”

Omitting that statement is a full-blown cover-up by campus police to protect the rapists.

Another smoking gun is that one of the fraternity brothers who was downstairs told campus police that he questioned whether it was consensual and was sorry for not stopping it:

“I was sorry that if it wasn’t consensual and she was victimized, I was sorry for not stopping it.”

Too many people jumped to conclusions in this case without reviewing the facts and the facts show Cornell campus police engaged in a cover up by failing to provide prosecutors with the victim’s own statement where she says she was raped.
