I’m asking @VIOCOfficial leadership to review our case. My 80-year-old father, who has Parkinson’s, had a fuel filter replaced. His truck then wouldn’t start. He called me from the service bay asking me to bring a chain to pull it out and said no one was around to help. 1/2
We had it towed elsewhere, where OEM filters corrected the issue. VIOC reimbursed our expenses, which we appreciate. But reimbursement addresses the dollars—not the experience. My request for 2 goodwill oil changes went unanswered, and I was told the case was closed. 2/2
@acweyand OMG thank you for bringing awareness. I work with chronic myofascial pain patients and refer many to get ferritin checked among other labs in order to address any underlying metabolic concerns. One of the biggest Sx I see is exhaustion during/after exertion. Thanks again!
@Theholisticpsyc I am in the process of losing my wife where cptsd is Dx. She certainly had a traumatic childhood, but she also has a mother and sister with bipolar 2. It was so bad, the emotional rollercoaster, that I never knew what I’d come home to. Thank you for bringing awareness.
