Hey @PIX11News did you know @Xfinity @XfinitySupport is charging customers for services when they upgrade when they are not even providing it? I upgraded my Internet a week ago and just found out today I am still using the slower speed because I dont have the correct router

@XfinitySupport I was promised a call back by a supervisor “Mina”. I upgraded to 2 gig a week ago but still receiving 600mbs services and connection at home never changed

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I even have 3 xfi pods and internet is so slow only 1 pod gets connected and it needs to be within the same room as the router… smh

Terrible Customer Service from @Xfinity @XfinitySupport spoke with Sup “Mina” who promised a call back within 2 hours and instead sent an auto call for me to schedule a tech 3 days out… Upgrades to 2gigs a week ago but still getting 600mbs service…
