@verizonfios 3-4 times a day I need to detect the cable box??? Iโve spent too much time and $3,600 for services a year but really only get bots and chat to help? Just crazy!! Might be time to get all programing through an app! Less hassle
@VerizonSupport Yes itโs powered on. There was an issue a year ago that the TVs picture quality was to high for the box so the tech reduced it to 1080 and it helped. It has not helped for the last month or so.
