When asked to do this interview I was still mourning the loss and the emotions of the entire week and didn’t really want to. Glad I chose to go ahead and oblige, it’s the best article of any interview I’ve ever given. Thank you again!
They ask me why I teach and I reply where else could I find such splendid company." -- Glennice L. Harmon
For Jeff Scott, the quote from Glennice L. Harmon can easily sum up his tenure as head baseball coach at Brebeuf Jesuit.

HS athletes:
Summer workouts are less than 10% of your time. If you cannot carve out 4-7% of your week to train with your teammates & coaches then you are not a serious athlete. There is plenty of time left to work, swim, fish, sleep, etc. Get to workouts & get better!!
I love this clip of Drake because of how hard he runs out of the box and rounds 1st until the ball leaves the yard. Run hard until you can’t! It doesn’t take talent to do it.

A week ago our H.S. players were competing in front of 800-1,000 fans with a season on the line.
Last night they were playing a 16U travel game in front of about 20 people, 0 energy and no pressure.
Tell me again that travel baseball can replace the high school experience.
High School & Travel baseball has turned postgame handshakes into a formality.
7 innings of chirping
Then a quick “good game” line?
Most of it isn’t real anymore.
Respect should show up during the game, not forced after it.
Why even bother with the hand shake?
2 years ago I decided to organize my Google Drive. Since then, I have built one of the largest hitting video databases available. Check out the thread!
In total, there is around 1500 videos! Please retweet this post so I can reach out on how to access it

Jack Moroknek is the newest Washington National‼️
With the 321st pick in the 2025 MLB Draft, the Washington Nationals have selected Jack Moroknek!

Ahead of the 2025 MLB draft, @BrebeufBaseball grad, @ButlerUBaseball OF Jack Moroknek (@jmoroknek15) has options: Transfer to SEC or turn pro?

I don’t know why this bothers me, probably because I believe that how you do anything is how you do everything. Home plate umpires please bend over and use your brush to clean off the plate and not your foot. It’s lazy. Take some pride and what you do
‘Friendly rivalry’ to ‘good friendship’: How these two @BrebeufBaseball baseball players formed a bond.

Too many kids today won’t play through pain or sickness, they use it as an excuse to not play. You only get so much time to play sports. Be the guy that refuses to come out and find a way to help the team when not 100%

Scottie Scheffler offers a mental game masterclass on attitude, preparation, and competing with freedom.
"When I step on to the tee at a tournament my thought process is always about my preparation...I remind myself 'I've done the work.'"
"I can go out and compete freely knowing what I've done what I was supposed to do in my preparation and then when it comes time to compete I'm just trying to soak in the competition and go out there have fun, be committed to my shots, and I'm focused most on my mental attitude."
Freedom in performance is a reward for discipline in preparation.
