@1800flowers@1800flowershelp does it again. Now after ordering flowers one full week ago another rep calls me this AM and says they STIILL CANT deliver the flower arrangement. Completely unacceptable. Why take the original order then?

Wow @cityofcolumbia water customer service team. Been on hold for over 15 mins and nothing. Then finally a recording stating they are busy….. no indication of how long wait would be. Hopefully they will call me back
