Today, approximately one week since tragic crash of the @AMREFFlyingDocs medical rescue flight destined to Hergeisa, Somaliland, our gallant team has resumed our mission driven medical evacuations with a patient who sustained serious injuries in an accident in Zanzibar evacuated to their country, Belgium.
Another mission to rescue a patient from Masai Mara to Nairobi was safely concluded.
As a nonprofit global medical rescue operation, we are full of pride for our rescue teams who continue to remind us that these medical rescues our departed colleagues paid the ultimate price for are not about us but about those whose lives are in danger - the MISSION of saving lives🙏
