NEW: Los Angeles County elections officials confirm in court filing that they have no way to verify U.S. citizenship for voters and they rely solely on a voter’s attestation when they check yes or no to being a U.S. citizen under penalty of perjury. This is part of ongoing lawsuit w/ Feds.

As if things weren’t already going terrible enough for Ilhan Omar. On Monday House Oversight Chairman James Comer said Omar and her husband Tim Mynett’s California winery eStCru LLC was shut down for fraud after they allegedly sold investors barrels of wine that were empty. Comer said the winery was the main driver behind Omar’s financial disclosure listing assets up to $25 million.

In February, Comer questioned how Omar and Mynett’s winery eStCru LLC and their venture capital firm Rose Lake Capital went from roughly $51,000 in value in 2023 to as much as $30 million the next year. He noted the companies don’t publicly list their investors and said the jump raised concerns about people buying influence with Omar. The winery reportedly shut down operations in April, but Comer’s latest comments put the empty-barrel fraud claim on the record.

This is the same pattern that keeps showing up around Omar. Big unexplained jumps in asset values, limited public information about where the money comes from, and now a fraud claim involving empty wine barrels. Comer has already said there are multiple areas where a search warrant could be issued based on her disclosures.

The raid on Omar’s home was a week ago. An innocent person would’ve come forward by now to address the questions. Omar still hasn’t explained the numbers, the winery, or declared innocence. Americans deserve answers on where the money came from and where it went.

🚨 NEW: The federal government must release everything it has on Becerra and the missing migrant children.

A whistleblower handed Congress a laptop apparently containing evidence that Becerra and the Biden White House KNEW kids were being sent to sex and labor traffickers.

Voters have a right to see that evidence NOW, not after the election. 👇

🚨A California man who blamed ICE for his wife’s disappearance has been charged with her m*rder after her burned remains were found.

Suddenly the media is SILENT now that they can't blame ICE anymore - so let's fix that and get the truth out there!
⠀
Gurinder Singh Gill, 28, told Sacramento County Sheriff’s detectives that ICE agents picked up his wife Jasmine Gill while she went to get the mail. Detectives contacted ICE, which confirmed no enforcement activity occurred at the residence.
⠀
Jasmine Gill, 30, was last seen at her Sacramento home on September 30. Her cousin reported her missing on October 4. Investigators learned the couple was in the middle of a divorce and child custody battle.
⠀
Burned human remains discovered in El Dorado County on October 1 were later identified as Jasmine Gill’s. Detectives obtained a m*rder warrant. They arrested Gurinder on October 14 and booked him into the Sacramento County Main Jail. He is ineligible for bail.
⠀
The case shows how some individuals attempt to use ICE as cover for violent crimes. Under President Trump, ICE has removed hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, including large numbers of those with criminal records.
⠀
DHS reports more than 670,000 removals in Trump’s first year back in office, plus nearly 2 million self-deportations. White House figures list nearly 200,000 deported illegal aliens with charges or convictions, including 47,885 for as$ault, 16,552 for s*xual as$ault, and 2,699 for hom*cide.
⠀
ICE continues targeting criminal illegal aliens for removal while California authorities pursue cases like Gurinder Gill’s. The false ICE claim delayed nothing. It simply failed.

A video circulating out of Portland, Oregon shows a high school football player sprinting across the field and knocking down the kid carrying the American flag.

Friday night, Oct. 16. Grant High School at Jefferson High School, both Portland Public Schools. Grant ran out behind the flag. A Jefferson player in gold came in from the side, hit the flag carrier, and the flag went down. On camera, no adult steps in.

An Instagram account using Jefferson branding posted the clip with this caption: "This is what happens when you disrespect us... wasn't feeling that American flag 😂"

A laughing emoji. Over knocking down a kid holding the flag.

These are kids, so leave their names out of it. But the adults running this program owe everyone an answer. Was anybody disciplined? Has the district said one word about it?

If you want answers, contact Portland Public Schools and the OSAA and ask what they're doing about it.

Spoken in his 3rd world accent: "You need someone to be a validator, tell them to TRUST US."

This is absolutely insane

Journalist Angela Rose investigates Minnesota Rep Ilhan Omar’s consulting headquarters who claims to manage $60 billion in assets

She goes into the building, walks every floor

They DO NOT EXIST. (Holy Sh*t)

“We are going to be infiltrating Ilhan Omar's sketchy consulting headquarters that claims that they have $60 billion in assets under their management. Yet they are located out of a co-working place called WeWork. This company is called Rose Lake Capital and it is co-owned by Ilhan Omar's husband Timothy Manette. And similar to the winery in 2023, it made up to $51,000 and it had a sudden and very suspicious increase in net worth up to $30 million in 2024”

“I walked by every single office in this building and everyone has their logos proudly displayed on the wall. I asked around for Rose Lake Capital and people were not familiar with it. I looked at every logo and Rose Lake Capital did not have an office here.”

You wanna hate Trump? HATE TRUMP. Knock yourself out. LFG,

But don’t get so caught up in your hatred for one man that you hand over your future to somebody you haven’t even bothered to look into.

These politicians ain’t moving into YOUR neighborhood. YOU LIVE THERE.

🚨🇺🇸 A random bystander took down the Oregon school shooter in under three minutes... in a district that BANS guns on campus

Three minutes. That's how long it took police to reach Silver Rail Elementary in Bend after a teenager with a long gun walked in, and by the time they got there he was already dead on the floor, killed by a civilian nobody has named yet.

He'd already murdered a 5-year-old, an 8-year-old, an 11-year-old and their teacher.

A 7-year-old and a 54-year-old teacher are fighting for their lives tonight.

Here's the part the lawyers are going to fight over.

Bend's school district banned every firearm on its property in 2022, permit holders included, and state law says a gun on campus has to be unloaded and locked in a car.

Police won't say where the bystander was standing or whether he was supposed to have a gun at all.

So the system said no guns, the killer brought one anyway, and the only thing that stopped him was someone who may have also broken the rule.

Whatever the circumstances, the person is a HERO.

🚨 JUST IN: In a huge revelation, Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar's Congressional staff reportedly got her birth year CHANGED from 1981 to 1982 AFTER she was elected to Congress, drawing into question the validity of her acquiring citizenship — New York Post

In other words, potentially LYING TO OBTAIN CITIZENSHIP.

BOOM.

Omar says she got citizenship through her father in 2000, BEFORE she turned 18. But if she was actually born in 1981, she would have been too old for that to happen! 🤯

Federal agents searched her D.C. home as part of a criminal investigation. Was this part of it? 👀

THE CASE IS COMING TOGETHER AND SHE NEEDS TO BE DEPORTED.

Ilhan screwed up big time and justice is finally here! No one is above the law 😅
