@TheRudraJha@RiseBharata typical Indians always onto some bullshit
He never said 'of India', he just jokingly mispronounced the two names, anyone with a sane mind knows Nepal is an older sovereign country than India who's a leftover of British Raj.
@JBananas53256@carako117592@ErrorArbitralTR India inherited the regiment from the British Raj since the Brits couldn't take all of them, some had to stay behind. They're Nepali by origin. A Gurkha is always a Nepalese, never an Indian. Shush.
@JBananas53256@carako117592@ErrorArbitralTR It's actually the other way around, Nepali valleys were among the most habitable places on earth during the last ice-age, it's a continuous civilization from that time, people migrated towards Tibet, Myanmar, North India, etc etc FROM Nepal.
@akshit07_@Mleccha__12@atharv_gnJJ And that's when many from the plains started migrating there and almost changed the demographics with their rapidly increasing population. My point.
@akshit07_@Mleccha__12@atharv_gnJJ to conquer nothing
It was about all Himalayan, hill kingdoms to be one single entity and not mingle with whatever there is south, British India.
@akshit07_@Mleccha__12@atharv_gnJJ Then why were you denying when I was stating the obvious?
Nepal was actually 'invited' to Himachal to invade and be a part of our kingdom but Sikhs & Brits had other plans lol (this is from an Indian site btw).
@Mleccha__12@akshit07_@atharv_gnJJ I know some Rawats from Nainital in Canada who sound like a sudurpaschimeli speaking Nepali when they speak their kumaoni, garhwali whatever language that is
