@JackDunc1 Yawn. Its come down cos 1) more people r leaving the country & 2) students aren't allowed2 bring entire villages with them wen they come here2 study (a Conserv policy btw). Also, NM doesn't include all (if any) illegal migration. So yes, the boat crossings r still a major issue.
