The ambulance came 15mins late, I had to find my own ride just for @KaleidaHealth to ignore me for hours after giving me a pain shot that made my arm sore. Truly disappointed in Buffalo health department. Y’all need to look through emails and hire nurses if y’all short staffed!!

Buffalo General hospital needs to do better, I was there from 6pm to 9AM in PAIN with the nurses just not worried about me yet this is supposed to be called the Emergency Department. It’s crazy that they were taking only people from the ambulance
