@M_A_Ishaq@TfL No guidance, no standards, no communication. Everyone is left blind and has to guess. Expectations is out the window. And this department are setting the example of Private Hire drivers???
Hi @TfL I submitted my Private Hire license application in Oct 2025, passed and completed all the tests and documents on the 15th of Dec. It's been 4 months and there is no solution. Could someone pls advice on the status or help escalate?
@M_A_Ishaq@TfL I totally understand, this is now getting unacceptable. I mean imagine paying the fees, all documents submitted with no end in sight. This is playing with people's lively hood. Emailing is pointless, something has to be done about this.
@TfL Thank you for coming back to me and I have emailed @Tfl numerous times, with the same response. What I fail to understand it that with all the fees paid up, how are we supposed to manage our priorities if there is no end in sight? Are we just meant to WAIT??
