Thrilled to celebrate Dominic Choi as the new LAPD Police Chief! A couple years back, I was lucky enough to welcome him to my office. His remarkable leadership qualities and exceptional character were evident then, as they are now. Here's to your new journey, Chief Choi! #LAPD
A core tenet of our Community-First Public Safety framework is youth engagement. @sppdmn and @SPPS_News connect our students to opportunities that grow relationships and teach life and employment skills. It is our duty to build a community in which our young people can thrive.
SNOW UPDATE: Effective immediately, the following surface lots are available for residents to park their vehicles. Vehicles must exit the lots by Sunday at 5pm.
Our snow plows worked throughout the night to complete their routes, but the heavy, continuous snow is making this a messy morning. Our drivers are now transitioning to Day Plow Routes. Move your cars, help each other shovel out, and let's keep this cleanup effort moving forward.
