First, let me address the Patreon situation.
Content uploaded to my Patreon is not the finished product. Text overlays, censors, and other sound effects are added afterward before YouTube release. Patreon is specifically where supporters flag errors so they can be corrected, which I explicitly stated in the Patreon post itself. A big part of why I do this is because I want & encourage my Patrons to watch the video and point out if I missed or need to fix something.
Now let me show you an example of what NOT to do: the version being criticized here was obtained by someone blatantly recording paid content and redistributing it without transformation. This is something Aine and others have openly admitted to in their own replies (ss below).
That isn't fair use and is 100% content theft.
On the artwork: every VTuber commentary video showcases its subject's visuals. BeemorningVT was a Vtweeter with an OC but no L2D model, so we used a mix of artworks and photos he posted publicly on his own profile as placeholders. This falls under fair use for commentary. I've credited artists in the past as a gesture of good faith, but I'm in no way obligated to. This is a common misconception and perhaps because of my previous kindness, it is now being weaponized against me.
(But you don't have to take my word for it. If you're uncertain, just ask a lawyer!)
Now, the "defamation" allegations. The segment in question covers community backlash against people associated with BeemorningVT who initially refused to share a news article about his arrest, citing concerns about doxing. It is not the focus of the video but a small segment. I clarified that sharing a news article about someone facing five felony charges is not doxing. Every word I attributed to them came directly from their own public statements. If they take issue with how those statements look when read back, that's a problem with the statements, not with the coverage. Accurately quoting someone is not defamation.
What's also being left out: I defended them. I noted that public statements are often peer-reviewed before release, that the criticism they received was disproportionate, and that the conversation had shifted away from a serious crime into a debate about doxing.
As for the interview claim: no commentator is obligated to interview every person whose public posts they cover. By that logic, I should be interviewing Bee from jail since the video is about HIM.
The standard is accuracy and good faith, both of which I met. Every news article published on this case, plus the trial logs, was used during research or quoted in the video. The only update I didn't include was that Bee requested to attend his trial virtually, which was inconsequential to the content.
On the “name-dropping”: You are making it sound like I am doxing somebody. Are we seriously upset because I read out a twitter username?
Now, why is Aine posting this when they weren’t even in the video? Because MilukoMoon, who I presume is their friend, briefly joined my Patreon to watch the video, then left a comment saying they were upset about a pronoun error, as they are genderfluid. I apologized and offered to fix it. I try my best and I might use wrong pronouns at times. It happens and if someone asks me to correct it’s also not a problem. I think it’s fair and I'm happy to accommodate people when I can.
But do NOT demand that to shake me down or accuse me of doing it on purpose. Talk to me like a human being and I will respond and work with you but let me be clear: just because I’m being courteous and agree to re-record that part does in no way mean that I owe you anything, that you get to hold that over my head or use it to extort me. I did it because that’s how I want to operate.
In fact it was only after I agreed to this correction that they revealed their real objection: their friends were mildly criticized in the video and they didn't want it published on YouTube.
What makes it super hard to take this at face value is that Miluko voted for this topic to be covered a month ago when I polled it. They knew the video would be monetized. They were fine with all of that, until the framing wasn't what they wanted. At that point, the position shifted from "don't publish this" to "give us a cut of the profits." I’m sorry but those two positions cannot coexist in good faith. (ss below)
I understand there's always going to be pushback from people featured in my videos. No one enjoys being criticized, even mild criticism, and it's easy to farm engagement from people who already dislike me. I get it.
But let’s be honest about what’s happening here: this video covers a person who was in this community and is now facing five felony charges related to child s*xual abuse material against m*nors. That is the subject. Every attempt to redirect this conversation: toward art credits, a pronoun error I already offered to fix, or whether I owe a payout to people who voted for the topic, is, at best, a distraction.
At worst, it's an effort to make covering this kind of story more trouble than it's worth so that no one does it.
You can keep threatening to copy strike me. Keep coordinating backlash with your friends. I won’t be guilt-tripped out of reporting on it.
My girl, you’ve had over 17 username changes.💀 If you watched my content you know that anyone with that many rebrands is a walking red flag. You are miyumelons/dollorca/ruiinanami/shinydolphy which are accounts that constantly get in drama. You've been rebranding so people don't connect the dots.
Also that comment saying having that many rebrands is like having multiple personalities was a joke a chatter made that I read out loud?
Ruiinanami: A google search of your handle showcases you went by @/ruiinanami previously. As well as multiple people responding to your handle by the name of Ruii.
Doll Orca: Here's a screenshot of Powdur responding to the handle miyumelons using the name Doll Orca. Also multiple responses from users calling you either Doll or Orca
Dolphy: Not only the account information matches but there's replies of people responding to your handle by the name of Dolphy
idk what ur on about I haven't hidden anything did you confuse me for Mizu saying he makes alts to ban evade?
how about this one. Can you explain why Mizu says this?
"I only showed that because thats all I could capture in 1 screenshot. I was on my computer and I just like control C or not Control Z i uh what is Control Alt Print Screen. I just Print Screened it pasted it into twitter and then tried to crop it a little bit to cut off the top and bottom."
So Mizu took this screenshot? That's kinda weird considering theres a reaction in the screenshots belonging to a certain person who apparently Mizu unbanned. Is this another Mizu alt or can Mizu not keep up with their own lies?
Hey @Scrubings I watched your video covering the guy who was banned in Rima's chat. Comrade_Del after being banned then went on to make a massive X post where he lies and leaves out information. There is a video made by Rima that covers Comrade_Del's behavior and the behavior and insults I see in the comment section of your video about this situation. I will include the link to the video in the replies.
Comrade_Del was included in this video for his comments attacking Nanoless. I will attach the Nanoless Tweet he was responding to because it is something Comrade_Del conveniently left out. Nanoless only posted a 150k Celebration tweet. This was what Comrade_Del was responding to and not only that he also left another reply laughing about being blocked by nano and insulting her. It's not "criticism" and normal people don't go around to content creator's Celebration Tweets to insult them. This kind of behavior was also shown in the video I linked among other things that the community shown in the video was engaging in such as going to a content creator's replies or comments and brigading it and encouraging that behavior. Eventually these attacks made Nanoless delete her tweet which was just a harmless celebration tweet. I believe this behavior easily reaches the bar for harassment clear as day and Comrade_Del conveniently leaves out all of this information.
In Comrade_Del's post he lies saying that being in chat was his first interaction with Rima which can be easily disproven with a screenshot I will include here. There's plenty of insults here and there's more if you search through Comrade_Del's twitter for any Rima mention. He knew this information but left it out to give the impression of being an innocent victim. Most content creators would ban people who engage in this behavior.
Lastly if you check Comrade_Del's X reposts you will see the same people from Rima's Video engaging in the exact same behavior they did in that video months ago. Going into other content creator's replies and comment section just like you see in the comments of your own video.
@bennima_@Floki_Vt@Scrubings It makes me not banned and not ban evading is that that hard to put 2 and 2 together? Also the person making alts after being banned is posting discord messages on twitter. What do you call that?
https://t.co/ZKoFeRf0Zj
LMAO are you a bot? You have like repeated NPC responses. I showed the proof in my post. MY claim was you omitted this information when you knew it was there.
You are telling me that you already had this information there. Clearly your original post had 0 screenshots the one afterwards had 1 screenshot and omitted Nanoless tweet and your 2nd reply. You tell me now that I didn't read it because its there somewhere? No it's not and I challenge you to show me but clearly you gave up on that.
YOU are accusing Rima of banning you for something you said in chat. She never said that and the burden of proof(show me the clip of Rima saying that) is on you. But again you don't follow your own standard.
Your original post has 0 screenshots. If you want go ahead and link the posts that show what you said to Nano just like I did and including what Nano herself posted. Also while you're at it post the clip of rima saying that you are banned for something you said in chat.
You posted a screenshot of your comment in a DIFFERENT post but didn't include the 2nd one? You said this was the comment featured in Rima's Video. 5 seconds before that comment is featured Nanoless original post is shown and 30 seconds after that its shown that the post was deleted. So did you get given these screenshots? Did you screenshot your own reply but not realize the post you replied to is deleted because it will show very clearly above it or the 2nd reply by you below it? None if this makes sense are you the one writing your own posts or is someone else doing it? I don't know how you can take a screenshot of this post OR see that section of Rima's video and not see what comes seconds before it.
You say you didn't check but you also did check to get the screenshot?
@Floki_Vt@Scrubings Oh this one's simple because as you can see here he says on October 12 that he's never interacted with rima before. Clearly several replies to her own tweets are interactions that he magically forgot about? Not to mention what's in the video I already linked
@Comrade_Del@Scrubings I think you have a problem following the conversation. You told ME nano's post wasn't deleted. I correct you that it IS deleted. You tell me "Oh I didn't know". I tell you then why the fuck do you say stuff you don't know about? Wouldn't you find out before stating it?
Do you have amnesia? You just said nano didn't delete the post. Why are you asking the question after stating something? Shouldn't you figure that out before you say it? LOL
I am responding to you. This whole tantrum you threw on twitter was initiated by you. Me pointing out your lies one after the other is also your own fault because you can't keep your story straight.
LMAO no one has time to delete comments ESPECIALLY from schizos who post 20+ comments in 1 video. They got banned. Its pretty easy to tell who the brigaders are anyway because as soon as they get the call they all swarm. Look at the replies here.
The proof was already shown in the video and the screenshots. COLORFUL ARMBANDS LMAO. Dude you are such a professional victim. You are banned get over it.
How do you lie so often? You said you had NO interactions with Rima which is flat out a lie you can see you tweeted directly at her several times.
You just again lied saying the Nano post wasn't deleted when it was lmao so clearly you haven't seen the Rima video either because it was also shown there.
And yet again you talk about chat logs when you can clearly see Rima say why you got banned lmao. Find me the clip of Rima saying you got banned for what you said in chat. Also find me the Nano post was that totally not deleted. Do you even think before you tweet or do you really eat this shit up?
I don't know why you are deluded into thinking you have any say in someone else's moderation? Here is the video to refresh your memory.

The statement basically says they ran out of money because they supported their talents too much?
You talk about raising $11 million to pursue a "bold talent-first approach in VTubing," but your talents were missing money from sponsors even a year prior to the funding even happening.
Then for you to have the nerve to come out and repeat "creator first" over and over is crazy.
From everything we’ve heard from the talents who worked there, it seems like they were your last priority.
Took them four days to come up with this crap? Seriously?
Jesus christ we had no idea how bad it was.
-During the Hogwarts Legacy controversy, Silvervale had a call with Gunrun, someone she admired. She says she was told she was “a disappointment,” “harmful to the brand,” and that her harassment was “an inconvenience” to other talents. She was told not to speak to them and was suspended from streaming.
-When they left, they were discredited to staff and painted as greedy for asking for more money. (Nyanners backed this up on stream previously.) “So many horrible things just to avoid the truth that they were stealing from us.” VShojo announced Silver and Vei’s departures together to make it seem like a joint decision and blocked Nyanners from leaving at the same time. “They held her hostage.”
-Silver later found out she was slandered to artists, companies, and business partners she had worked with through VShojo.
-Her first VShojo contract had no exit clause.
-“I made more money in the first few months of Mythic than my entire time at VShojo.”
-“The threat of them suing me was very real and it haunted me for a very very long time. Even before it was announced that I was leaving... I had just mentioned in my Discord just like casually that I was stressed and needed to cancel the stream and they contacted my lawyer because of that and threatened to sue me if I hinted that I was leaving or unhappy at all. Just because I said I was stressed so imagine if I said anything else. They were watching us like a hawk. I think they were watching all of us.”
-On IP rights: “Of course we keep our IPs, we started with them.”
(I am still timestamping and summarizing her stream, will post my notes later)
Support Silvervale. She has been through so much.
