Not once did I complain about the cost I used in purchasing the data, what I’m complaining about is the depletion of the data and I hope you’re aware that the 20gb you said your 8dollars can purchase here will be exhausted in a day or less here in Nigeria if you mistakenly surf your Instagram and TikTok for 5hours or let me even say that you connect your laptop for straight up 9 to 5. I doubt 20gb would carry your laptop from 9am to 5pm here in Nigeria but 1gb lasted you for your duration at where you visited.

That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.

So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.

It should be there.

As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.

Ask questions. Know what is available.
