@alittleleader @crisistalker I was forced to do this in legal research and writing. It was an active First Amendment issue, my position considered unwinable. Supreme Court ultimately decided in favor of the position my side took. Part of what soured me on the practice of law.

@HowtoADHD We waited on meds until dd was having a rough time (academically, socially)in 5th. Tried meds then(our decision). Into 6th, she decided she didn't like them, so stopped w/our agreement. End of MS she was struggling again, we encouraged her to consider (w/ dr) other meds to help.

@ryanmckeen When I took it in the 90s, it was all essay. We literally wrote answers to please the person who wrote the question. In the early 00s, I saw the grader sheets were bullet points. So I gave the grader list of bullet points to match. Absolutely nothing to do with being a lawyer.
