We asked, isn't that what a reservation is for? Evidently not. We asked if they had anything else, they said they didnt due to the holiday.
Its frustrating because I had a rental with Hertz and canceled for this one.

Horrible experience with Enterprise. We had a reservation for a 15 passenger van for next week, made back in September. They called today to cancel our reservation, no offer to help us find another suitable vehicle, no offer to give us a deal next time, nothing. @enterprise
