@CryptoCapo_ And I think it’s going to be more than FTX-we already know they were shady. I think it’s going to bring other exchanges/entities into the light and we’re going to see it goes much deeper than SBF and FTX.

@teachingcrypto Hear me out…try “yoga nidra”. There’s tons of them on YouTube. I’m an insomniac and it really, really helps me relax my body & mind enough to fall asleep. It’s basically a body scan to relax you. Worth a try.

@BowTiedBull I lost everything in the XFI debacle. I couldn’t even hear the word “cryptocurrency” without literally thinking I was going to vomit & have a panic attack. It’s take me this long just to get back on CT. it’s hard, for sure.
