I'm devastated. I was naive. French democratic principles do not apply to minority languages. This morning the law was deemed unconstitutional. Despite a clear majority, 9 non-elected members of the Constitutional Council decided that our minority languages should be left to die.
Any government that sacrifices trade with its own continent so it can import beef from the other side of the planet, while claiming to be tackling climate change, shouldn't be trusted.

@canoryon @KernowShaun @CornishNews Talk to the estate agents. It's happening every day - houses bought from outside Cornwall without even a viewing and at top price. Makes you depressed and angry in equal measure.
This is urgent, @OliverDowden.
Our theatres, music venues & performing arts companies are on the brink of ruin.
We need them to survive. They need urgent investment and clear plans from government.
Please, act now #ForTheArts.
