It's finally here! The 2022 Progress Report of the Parties documents the significant binational and domestic activities and accomplishments undertaken by both Canada and the U.S in implementing the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.

Can't wait to attend my first in-person event since 2019! I can't think of a better way to re-connect than to celebrate 50 years of the #GLWQA. See you in #NiagaraFalls#GreatLakes#water#GLWQA50

@jackie_dawson The bigger the user number doesn't guarantee a booking. I don't think this has to do with not wanting to get vaccinated. Aside from the inequity of having to wait in a virtual line for more than an hour, there is a level of inaccessibility that is prohibitive
@Bradical_H@CBCNews I waited 2hours to book an appointment, had to click on every single day in the calendar and still nothing was available. Complete waste of time.
@indramaharjan haha! So funny you should mention net zero. CWN is convening a meeting in November to share insights on actions taken by municipalities/utilities to reduce GHG and reach net zero water by 2050. Hope to see you there!! Don't forget to bring the donuts!!😃
Honoured to be a part of the important work being done to advance levels of service in municipalities across Canada. Learn more about what we do and our strategic sharing groups by visiting https://t.co/34fcbBlVmO
Just read yet another rate study that uses system financial capability indicators to describe the "affordability" of the utility's rates.
For the thousandth time:
System financial capability ≠ Household affordability.
I will miss you dearly @lianakreamer ! Working with you has and always will be one of the greatest highlights of my time @CdnWaterNetwork. It's been a privilege ❤️💙❤️💙
Water peeps, anyone interested in having a candid conversation with me about shutoffs? Why we do them? Who they impact? Can we afford to do them? Can we afford not to? The equity side of it all? Etc etc. I need some insight and want to talk it through. Direct message me.
This! A game changer! Our chance to do the right thing is close to getting funded! When it happens, let's play the game like we mean it & make investments & improvements that are equitable for all residents & communities. Thx @USWaterAlliance for yrs of sharing @TheValueofWater.
I am also loving these new bike lanes. For the first time ever I actually enjoyed my commute from Dundas to Coronation to grocery shop at the No Frills! Happy, safe cycling days!!!
Managed to navigate my way through Cambridge — will be great to have more wayfinding signage soon, @Kathryn_McGarry — great to have that safe stretch down Coronation and then that bit of beauty under the 401 of all places! Love those roadside wildflowers on Hopewell Creek Rd.
Our season right now is everything! COVID-19 was the reason so many were glued to tv/social media & saw the video of George Floyd. We were looking at COVID but saw George! Water peeps, what comes into view for you after this? Think about it for at least 8 minutes & 46 seconds.
