@British_Airways Still no reply to DM Khalil!?! How many hours, weeks, days, months are customers expected to spend trying to START a claim for reasonable expenses incurred after being left stranded abroad with a toddler?! Extraordinary disrespect for BA customers.

Appalling #customerservice from @British_Airways. Just been cut off after yet another 13minute wait today. Cancelled flight left passengers stranded for 26 hours and now a month later still unable to _start_ a claim for expenses either online or on the telephone. Shame on you #BA
