Join bartender turned political hellraiser Jen Ramos as we discuss what's going on in TX politics and why you should care; no sugar coating involved. #txlege
Jane Fonda sets Bill straight.
Maher: "[People] just think the far left has gone so nutty on so many issues."
Fonda: "That's what they're being told, by people like you."
@oltorf@0liviajulianna Like I said: you want an episode, you go public.
In the last 11 months, the people who actually know me are aware of the barriers for not releasing content.
But since you bully from the pulpit of being anonymous, you can make accusations and pretend to be in the know.
Alright, alright, alright!
It’s clear we’ve been on a hiatus but some things you’ve gotta know:
- I left a bad boss (not a bad job)
- I’m in my last semester of my undergrad
- I’m exhausted
- JHI IS BACK!
Expect an episode NEXT THURSDAY.
Apparently, this podcast has caught the attention of an infamous Austin Twitter troll!
Just want to point out:
📍This podcast has always been free on all major streaming platforms.
📍There have only been 2 episodes published.
That’s all.
Good morning from beautiful Colorado! JHI has been on a hiatus because of a new job and trying to finish a bachelor’s degree but we’ve got some fresh tips in the pipeline. 👀
Texas politics is running wild again and it’s time to break it all down.
Greg Abbott has been Governor of Texas for eight years.
With Republican majorities in the House and Senate.
Anything he’s saying he’s going to do is something he could have done, but didn’t.
One of the cool things I learned is sometimes Congress commissions statues to be made, but states get to send over 2 statues of people that embody their state. I found 1 of Texas’s statues.
Arkansas is replacing both their statues- 1 of which will be of Johnny Cash.
Thanks to @LloydDoggettTX, I was able to get a tour of the US Capitol today!
It goes without saying but our founders were obsessed with Greco-Roman architecture and design.
Good morning from the DMV! I’m excited to be attending the Summer Democratic National Committee Meeting as a guest of Youth Council Chair @andrebttx!
The Democratic National Committee is the national representative board of the Democratic Party. They meet twice a year.
So in case you hadn’t figured it out, we’re pretty big fans of Wonder Woman in this house.
So if you’re gonna use photos of Diana, Princess of Themiscira, you best come correct.
The chair of the Hidalgo County GOP doesn’t seem to think accuracy matters but it’s okay. We do. ☺️
