@BristolCouncil @travelwestEng Since the service changes: displays don't work, many fewer buses, timetables unintuitive, don't work on mobiles. On a major trunk road with my kid at 8.45am. Waited 20 mins & no idea whether to cut my losses, go home & get the car. Same as last Mon.

@sncf is it true that TER don't provide a refund when they cancel your train?? If so, this is very poor. I've tried to call them but they don't accept calls from outside France.
