@KLM Please can someone hep with lost baggage? The tag was on the baggage belt in Amsterdam but no suitcase!! Staff said the case would arrive in LA on the 27th but no bag! Filled in 2 reports but had no update since the 26th! I keep logging in to track the status but no change.

Thanks to the exceptional work of the @BurniesFDN we were able to home Arnold two years ago today.

Rescued in Romania, he still has many troubles, but it has been so rewarding.
