@SouthwestAir Hi Alex. Thank you for your response. Yes, I filled out the last report as soon as we landed that afternoon. I also opened a chat message recently that ended with the “autobot” telling me that I would be contacted by an agent. However,no one followed up.
Disappointed in @SouthwestAir. Left an item on the plane (totally my fault) but the fact that I can tell them EXACTLY where the item was and now is, because of “find my iPhone” is frustrating. However, they refuse to respond other than “unfortunately your item can’t be found”.
Teachers can not be available 24/7 this fall if they’re working remotely. & If school is virtual, please rethink teachers coming to school if that is the plan. Many have their own children at home. If they need adequate internet & computer, please meet their professional needs.
