In written docs/emails at work, whenever I see someone referred to me as "Miss Summers," I want to vom. Like why not just default to "Ms." unless told differently?? My schools are v conservative, but still seems obviously not professional to display someone's *marital status*

V pro snapping on people when they deserve to be snapped on. If you only focus on the behavior that deserves to be called out, and leave out the emotions, its like there are no bad lasting effects, bc then they either figure out their noise quicker, or say bye quicker
